Davines is an Italian multinational operating in the professional cosmetics sector. In Davines I'm the global manager of ICT, e-commerce and innovation. WebScience is a consulting company, spin-off of the Politecnico of Milano, focused on digital transformation and with multidisciplinary skills (consultancy, sociology, design, IT architecture, software development), has offices in Milan and Lecce and important clients in Italy and abroad. Within WebScience, I initially worked as a consultant and Project Manager, I started the Lecce office in 2006 and since 2007 I have managed the Digital Transformation Consulting team. I have acquired and managed many of the company's main customers and set up multi-year partnership paths with them. In the projects I carry out setting and supervision activities, participating directly and supporting the consulting team in the most critical phases. I have also held the role of Chief Innovation Officer since 2013, with the task of innovating corporate value propositions and internal working methods.
