I spent 30 years in the Professional Services industry advising companies on how to be more competitive and successful.I am passionate about innovation and technology and the ways companies can exploit them to succeed.I focus on value and I use it as the criteria to shape strategies and to manage my teams.Ethics and Purpose have always driven my personal and professional life. I have a degree in Economics from Turin University. I joined Andersen Consulting in 1991 I have been admitted to Accenture Partnership in 2001. I covered several managerial roles leading different business units, building and managing international leadership teams and achieving strong results in terms of customer satisfaction, market share growth and profitability.I retired from Accenture end of March 2020 where I was leading Accenture Strategy Division for Italy, Eastern-Central Europe and Greece since its foundation in 2014.I have now decided to dedicate part of my time and capital to the development of new businesses and I joined a business angel organisation “Il Club degli Investitori”.
