Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Product Design of the website, mobile apps and OTT platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional business and project teams designing experiences that attract, inspire, educate and solves real problems for our users and the business. Leading team of designers to serve as the centralized source for all art and assets within our O&O platforms. Act as a collaborative bridge between the brands and their shows. Work with Product Design and Development and maintain an efficient collection of imagery that works across departments, from producers to UX and front-end designers. Help improve our products, tools, and solutions by constantly striving to improve weak areas in our workflow.

My role as director of the digital team was to oversee Paramount Network brand executions on our O&O platforms, most notably working with the brand, product, tech, on the launch of Paramount Network's Digital platforms. Oversee and support team of designers to deliver producer support and manage a large scale network re-brand.

SPIKE Digital Entertainment hands-on Designer assisting a talented team. I am a self-starter who works under the Art Director and Creative Director in New York. I work on multiple digital properties and am responsible to not only translate SPIKE TV’s on-air campaigns into stunning online design, but also support interactive product design for all large events and SPIKE sites that are produced. Marketing and sales support also falls within this title.

The designer maintains brand styles and show property consistency across our sites and apps. They work closely with producers to ensure proper assets are used and are delivered in a timely manner throughout our platforms. This position reports to the Design Director.• Support Design requests for existing and new Spike brand properties including integrated marketing activations.• Communicate with design director and producers across brands to effectively solve design needs.• Keeping track of design tickets via internal tools to ensure timely delivery of request.• Understand our platforms and internal tools to ensure proper brand property asset production.• Understand and ensure proper display and integrity of show property assets as delivered from brand design throughout our sites and apps.• Maintain and organize design assets and templates across brands and platforms.• Apply best practices in UX/UI for web, mobile and connected tv experiences while maintaining industry standard output.

Started as a graphic designer and ended up hiring and leading a small team of designers. Collaborated with leadership to figure out best practices and workflows across multiple departments. Hired 5 designers and expanded the art department over 5 years.

Created Flash movies for our street team website. Built and design front end of movies and built them into supplied them to the production team. Created HTML survey's for the sales team and scheduled flight times.
