As a solution architect in Sweden I'm involved into several project aimed to implement architectural transformation to the application landscape. My job is to develop a common vision of all this projects and advise their architectural approach, to obtains shared and compatible technological solution. I'm also responsible to reuse the international assets already developed in other eon countries to speed up the developments and contain the costs for these new platforms.

After i've left the Wind Telecomunicazioni project i've joined the Accenture Communications solutions team, an internal R&D project in Accenture that was aimed to create reusable integrated assets to speed up the project delivery for telecommunication companies. In my new role i've worked on implementing integration adapters and implement billing products and tariffs on several billing engines:- Geneva (Now owned by NetCracker and called RBM)- Singl E.view- Kenan Arbor- Portal (now Oracle RBM)- Ambeo NCharge

Leveraging my previous expertise in analyzing anomalies and implementing and running massive correction scripts on the customer base, i was moved to the billing integration development team. In this area i was the lead developer of the interface module to the Kenan billing system, which was used to elaborate around 30k customer transactions/day for a customer base of around 6 million customers. My role in this field was to analyze and implement changes for the billing integration, derived by the business requirements coming from the sales division. I was also in charge of tracking, reporting and correcting data discrepancies in production, and coordinating the fixing of the CRM anomalies that caused these errors.I've been also involved on the unification of the billing systems of Infostrada SPA and Wind SPA, in the end of 2005, when the companies merged int a unique company that manged both mobile and landline telephony. This project required complex and relevant modification to the billing system integration and a parallel production test period that was performed by me.Later i worked also on the identification and correction of the rating discarded events of the billing engine (phone calls that can't be priced).

Billng service assurance purpose was to provide immediate IT support to the billing operation team, by implementing and coordinating all the technical activities that were needed to perform successful billing cycles, ensuring the bills' quality and the amount of accrual. My role in the area was scheduling and monitoring the billing batch adapters which were used to import into the Kenan Arbor billing system all the modifications made to the customer base and to the billing information in the CRM system (Siebel). I was also responsible of tracking and analyzing all the discarded integrated events, and identify and create automatic procedure to correct inconsistent data created by system anomalies.
