Performed the role as the conversion coordinator and project manager.Second assignment was at HCSC (Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois). Development and deployment for the Millennium(Y2K) project. Instrumental in design and deployment of Blue Gateway system (IMS to DB2 conversion). Analyzed and wrote detailed specifications. Worked on all pieces of the system development lifecycle. Performed the roles and responsibilities of the on-site manager for the ACS consultants at HCSC.
