The integration between the 5 sales networks of Toro, InaAssitalia, Generali, Lloyd and Augusta that merged with Generali Italia represents one of the most important projects I coordinated as Sales, Operational Marketing and Training Manager of Generali Italia.

I was in charge of the Business Development of the Bank and I had to coordinate the Marketing, Trade Marketing, Products and Services, Trade Marketing, Processes and Network Management. In 2006 I contributed to the operations for the Bank's Stock Exchange listing.

I contributed to the development of the first experimental Italian franchising financial store with layout, banking and financial services for clients and organisations, specifically conceived for this new distribution model.
