Photoshot is a leading editorial picture agency that has made 14 acquisitions since it was founded 10 years ago. I was hired to manage and integrate sales teams, upgrade the reporting capabilities and work with the owner to professionalise the business and its people.

I manage a team of 12 that, in turn, managed over 100 resellers and 15 exclusive representatives. The unit reached the highest year on year growth through a combination of new partners, optimization of existings ones and better systems and workflow.

I was hired to lead a 50-strong sales team in the UK as well as assume leadership for the UK office. In one year I reversed a declining sales trend while making significant cost savings through a large sales force re-organisation. This model was later adopted Globally.
