Assigned to work on the company primary project for a key customer (San Paolo Bank).Core Responsibilities:With a team effort, developed and delivered back end updates to support feeding of data from new sources and to add new features to the product. QA, Implements and improves the management front end framework and toolset. In direct cooperation with key stakeholders from the customer side, created acceptance test criteria and provided support to the test execution. With a conjunct effort of multiple internal teams, designed and developed enhancements and new functionalities on a monthly base. Quarterly reporting directly to a Director, to help setting goals, targets and expectations.

Worked part time on multiple projects based on MS Visual Studio, while studying Java to obtain the Certification. QA and maintenance of a pool of servers in a cluster to provide an online service. Developed classes and methods implemented in different projects. Obtained the Oracle Java SE 7 Certification at the first attempt.

Bug-Tracker (now a GlobalStep division) offers different services that include functional testing, localization and certification testing to cover any platform on the Market (Consoles, PC, VR, Mobiles, etc.), closely working with clients through the process, providing clear and comprehensive reports to the client developer teams.May 2017 – Oct 2017All of the previous, plus localization control and second in charge in a team of 10 engineers, with responsibilities to lead when the team leader was unavailable.Apr 2017 – May 2017 QA and bug tracking, capturing and managing data on bugs, from their discovery to the fixing. Provide feedback related to code and product mechanics to the client developers teams. Prepare technical reports, including: type of issues, bug location within the code and possible solution to the problem Troubleshooting of complex issues while providing remote support to the client developer teams.
