Good knowledge in MPLS Backbone (Knowledge of Cisco IOS XR) - ROUTING (BGP, OSPF, ISIS, EIGRP) - QoS - Switching - WIFI - Voip & Toip, grown over time through experience from +23 years in telecomunication .I had started working for a service company for TLC, including wiring and installation of network devices (routers, switches, hubs Frame-relay and ATM, etc etc). This experience helped me to handle then the people at customer sites, knowing what kind of difficulties they could find. Now I'm working in one of the largest ISPs in Italy, BT Italia ISP provider for the Top and Gold Business Customers in the Technical Design Telco team . My work consist to create a Low Level Design for Telco infrastructor, detailing what kind of configurations are good to use for implementing the network solution buyed. I meet the customer for decide and planning the migration and implementation details.In the last 3 years I'm working for customer Snam and I collaborate with Cisco partner for implementing new Backbone mpls based on Routed Optical Networking, part of the Converged SDN Transport solution.Before that, I worked as Network Specialist for Bespoke Technical Dept for Eni ,Mediaset , BNL and Customer Service Delivery for many Top Gold Business Customers with the role of Configurator Specialist Senior and Support CPE.I have a deep knowledge on network protocols, network security issues and network infrastructures; strong expertise in design and administration both enterprise and bespoke networks, I'm also committed to customer satisfaction.
