I am currently leading IMI Automation Venture Studio focused on bringing transformative growth opportunities by building and scaling new ventures in the energy transition and decarbonization industries. I have over 10 years of international experience across North America, Europe and Asia in multiple corporate roles including venture capital, corporate innovation and M&A. I worked and led several corporate venture capital and M&A deals across the US, UK, Israel, Australia and Singapore.I spent close to 5 years as part of the Innovation & Digital Team at Halma plc, UK group of technology companies in environmental, healthcare and safety industry, helping the group create and implement digital strategies and accelerate digital growth. He was also part of Halma Ventures, Halma’s venture capital arm, sourcing start-ups for strategic investment and close collaboration.I spent 3 years with the Environmental Sector of Halma, in M&A, pas part of the corporate business development team, defining the sector acquisition strategy and leading commercial due diligence.I am an alumnus of the Halma Future Leaders Programme, and I graduated from the University of Southampton with a First Class Honours Master's Degree in Aeronautics & Astronautics.
