My main goal is to expand the business promoting through all the available channels the benefits of the technology I own.I also support the business driving the company to new market opportunities and fostering the relationships with our partners.As a Senior technician and an RFID Expert I also follow the projects where it is mandatory a full understandment of the complex ecosystems of modern IT infrastructures.

I manage projects where the main subjects are Radio Frequency Identification and/or Internet of Things, the applications fit in:- Waste management systems- Retail- Access Controls- Logistic- Asset Tracking- Payments- Laundries

I follow the development of projects with high technical contents, in which are involved:- Flash Memory (SSD, industrial or consumer Flash Cards)- I/O devices (Barcode and Rfid readers)- Internet Of Things (Sensors, Gateways, Dashboards)- Digital Signage (Hardware devices and/or Managing Software)

As technical leader i work with my peers in the Majors (EMI, Sony-BMG), the MNOs (Vodafone, TIM, H3G), the Handheld Manufacturers and the GPS industry (Telesystem, MyNav, Navionics). I provide solutions for fast data uploading onto flash memory cards, Digital Rights Management and content protection.

Inside the consultancy team I was in charge of the analysys of the ICT systems of the companies that hired our services.Basically I collect as many informations as possible on the running systems understanding how they work and find out what could be improved or changed. The result is a new project with the required improvements and the "how to manual".

Bluemedia was a kind of laboratory. I produced with my team several (more than 10) Multimedia Cd-Rom lots of TV spots and websites.The CDs were bundled with books or sold separately in bookstores and for the time they were quite "innovative".The TV spots run as promotionals in Big Screen during local events, or broadcasted on Tv channelsTools used: Macromedia Director, Adobe After effects, Macromedia Flash, Final Cut/Adobe Premiere, 3D studio.I actively followed every project from the storyboard to the final render/compiling and developed the skill to understand and make real almost every customer's request.

I managed from the very beginning (starting from the scratch) the CHL Point of Udine. While holding this position the Store became one of the 10 with the higher turnover. I hired and trained a team to support customers and promote the aftermarket. (The team still exists and developed in a succesfull business).

Family business.My goal was managing a shipyard assembly line, setting up the piping lines providing grey and white water to all the ship facilities. The plants I worked for are those for the Carnival Triumph and the P&O Grand Princess.
