I am on the Board of Directors for the Service Board (tSB), a Seattle-based non-profit organization that mentors teens to conquer personal and cultural challenges through mentorship, outdoor adventure, and community service. I work closely with fellow board members and our Executive Director to guide organizational priorities, oversee financial stewardship, and support fundraising initiatives.Every year during our Core Program, 30-40 high-schoolers from underrepresented communities across Seattle join our tSB community comprising first-year participants (prophets), peer-leaders, mentors, snowboard instructors, staff, and volunteers. Through our generous partnerships with the outdoor industry and volunteers, the youth in our program get the opportunity to learn how to snowboard -- we provide the gear, snowboard instructors, transportation, lift tickets, and meals. We round all of this out with a few community service projects each year, adult mentor and peer group pairings, and weekly social and environmental justice education. At the end of the day, tSB provides youth with a safe space where they can learn and grow as leaders and changemakers.

Lead attorney for Public & Social Impact Industry / Government Contracting, AI, and Solutions Enablement.

Provide day-to-day legal support to a global consulting and professional services firm. Draft and negotiate commercial contracts related to the delivery of consulting and professional services ranging from business advisory services to cutting-edge technology implementations for clients ranging from local, state, and federal public sector agencies to leading global enterprises. Advise clients at all levels within the business on a broad range of legal issues, including complex technology transactions, privacy, government contracting, regulatory compliance, product development, marketing, and more. Work with cross-functional teams across the company to develop scalable tools, policies, guidance, and trainings to support the business in its growth and successful outcomes for our clients.
