Graduated engineer with over 25 years experience in design, engineering and construction works. In my career I had the opportunity to practice in different work environments, always appreciating the chance to improve my skills, to learn and exchange knowledge with other people. Up to now I’ve been mainly in the Civil and Building market, with a significant period in the Oil&Gas and Mechanical-Piping.I started in a technical office as free-lance, then I became a construction engineer in Foster Wheeler Italiana gaining experience in constructability and heavy lifting, in home-office and on-site. I stepped next into the family-owned civil construction company, first as technical director, then construction manager and finally in the role of Owner. Most relevant jobs and tasks: housing and real-estate development, structural and masonry refurbishment of historical buildings, public works, full renovation projects and maintenance of civil and industrial buildings.Actually I’m working for Fincimec S.p.a. where I’ve been involved mainly on Oil&Gas projects covering different positions: safety supervisor, subcontractors supervisor and technical office employee, both on-site and in home-office. I always approach my task keeping the focus on fundamentals as #thinksafety, #leadbyexample and plan your work then work your plan.
