I am an experienced Executive Coach and Board Adviser, having been the Programme Manager and the Enterprise Architect in large and complex change programmes.I hold an in-depth expertise in the development of business organisation, processes and underpinning IT services.Over two decades I have been supporting, as an Interim Executive, several companies in building and consolidating their business strategies and governance system through the implementation of a blend of renowned best practices. I am very focused on the fast and cost effective setup of models for budgeting, business case development, execution control, management control, coaching and empowerment of teams, making extensive use of the kanban method and agile techniques. My skills also include strategic analysis, process development, product/service innovation and development, business development, global supplier & trade partner scouting and selection, contract negotiation at C-level.I am an avid researcher who also enjoys to be a trainer on advanced service/project management and governance techniques, in public courses and for the graduating students of Politecnico di Milano. My previous experiences include being a portfolio and delivery manager in IT projects for enterprise level customers, including the Italian major players in the media, banking, telco, utility sectors. Participating as a project manager in the creation and development of start-up technology businesses has fostered my ability to envisage, design and implement enterprise level added value IT services.
