Are our aircrafts leaving on-time ? Arriving-on time ?- If yes : Great !- If no : What happened ? What does it causes down the line for later flights and for our customers ? How much does it costs us ? Which action plans should be implemented to avoid repeating the same mistakes, and how do we track the success or failure of these plans ?My job is to answer these questions and report to Air France COO with accurate data. It also involves coordinating all entities (maintenance, fret, passengers, bagages, flight crew etc.) and follow technical innovations with IT.
