The Business Unit Tankstations operates meanwhile a network of over 130 petrol stations in the Netherlands, branded Haan, Haan Express, Shell, Esso, Esso Express, BP or BP Express. The BU employs over 700 employees. Our 85 attended sites have a modern and well equipped shop, and many sites have carwash facilities. The Express sites are unattended. Hametha B.V. is a steady growing group of companies, of which the history started back in 1959 with the foundation of the company De Haan, Minerale Oliën.The group companies operate in the following markets:* Petrol distribution (operating more than 130 petrol stations)* Fuel trade* Tankstorage (operating two terminals in Dordrecht)* Cleaning- and maintenance products (production and distribution)In the last five years turnover boosted to over € 600 million, and meanwhile the group offers employment to approx. 750 employees. The objective of Hametha is to expand our positions in the various markets. Therefor we invest yearly substantially in our existing premises to realize growth. We also invest in strategical acquisitions to benefit scale of economies. As Group Controller I have been responsible for all shared services of our group, like Accounting, Finance & Control, Treasury, Tax, IT and HRM. Also actively involved in M&A processes.

I have been responsible for the Benelux sales office; during the years the company has been transformed from a market-follower (4th position on the local markets) into a market leader, both in retail sales as business-to-business (Belgium post, TNT). We boosted sales from 14 Million Euro up to 25 Million Euro, with a very healthy P&L and balance sheet and a promising position for future business. Main tasks:* daily management of company of 22 people (sales, marketing, after sales, AFC)* brand and network development (especially Vespa within the Benelux)* full P&L responsibility
