Management of 5 direct manager reports and an amazing and strong team of about 240 Vale's employees and 200 contrectors.

Responsible for long term mine planning and technical services for base metals south atlantic region that includes 3 operations with an annual production of approx. 300kt of copper and 40kt of nickel.

Responsible for management of mineral resources evaluation and long term planning for South Atlantic Operations at Vale Base Metals that includes Sossego, Salobo and Onça Puma mines. Accountable for near mine exploration, geological modelling, geostatistics and mineral resources evaluation, LOM, 5YP and mineral reserves estimation, reconciliation, and MRMR statements (ANM and 20-F).

Responsible for the management of geology, mine planning, geotechnics and exploration group, leading a strong team of 100 people that includes mine engineers, surveyors, geologists, technicians and a directly reporting of area managers / superintendents.Accounting for the development and estimation of Mineral Resources and Reserves and for the development of geometallurgical studies increasing the value of ore exploitation.Responsible to develop and implement exploration growth strategy, as also to manage allplanning, control and management activities for near mine, brownfield and greenfield exploration group (Cu, Au and Ag). Development of exploration asset portfolio, which includes a 35M tons of oxidized ore copper from initial drilling to mining development and an additional 6 gold / copper greenfield projects along Sierra Madre Occidental.Responsible for economical evaluations, trade off and sensitivity analysis. Responsible for all project development and project studies, being in charge for the last crushing / leaching plant expansion from an average of 60 to 90 tons of copper per day.Also responsible for implementation of all geotechnical activities and monitoring strategy for an open pit mine and tails dam. Responsible for development of standards and procedures, compliance with Mexican regulations and implementation of geotechnical and hydrogeology monitoring activities.

Responsible for the management of geology, mine planning, mine operations, process plant and mobile, mechanical and electrical maintenance areas leading a strong team of about 200 people. Successfully developed operational planning, improvements and practical solutions in a record time. Acting as deputy GM during the break of site General Manager.Responsible for the delivery of a strong safety performance, optimized mining procedures and technical solutions for cost reduction and better operations productivity. Responsible for management and control of operational costs of about USD 50 million per year.

Responsible for growth capital projects and general project development of Jaguar Mining, acted as Qualified Person (QP) for scientific and technical information contained in public disclosures. Between November 2015 to July 2016 was also responsible for the interim corporate management of Environment, Institutional Relations, corporate Communications and Communities areas.Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President Operations.

Responsible for estimation of Mineral Resources and Reserves, project management, analysis of mining project feasibility and due diligence.
