Lead the team for constant improvements on cash management, FX, hedging, funding, accounts payables, insurance, guarantees. Main deliverables: incorporated two acquired company treasury departments (Vale Cubatao and Galvani); implemented new hedging process for Yara Brazil, which was recognized as the best hedging of all +50 Yara’s around the world; included Yara Brazil insurance into the global Yara program; lead treasury team through SAP project.
