Responsible for Commercial Operations and Sales, in the São Paulo-Capital Region, reporting directly to the Sales Director, managing a team of 15 people, including direct and indirect teams.Successful management of B2B customer prospecting actions, deployment of goals and monitoring of results, forecast, funnel and daily sales plan, thus contributing to increase the volume and reach of Results.Aptitude in account development (Key Accounts) and Customer Portfolio Management, working on building solid relationships, personalized service and frequent visits. Skill in formatting commercial proposals, performing the effective negotiation of prices, terms and payment terms.Follow-up of orders, until final delivery, commercial support and interface between areas, involving the Logistics, stock and distribution chain.Service Level Management (Sell-in, Sell-out, Inventory, Margin, Mark-up, Return, Breakage, Investments), in addition to managing and registering the portfolio.Experience in performing Benchmarking and market mapping, in order to identify the target audience, monitoring competition and prices, trends, growth opportunities, sell out actions.Excellence in identifying customer needs, as well as dealing with complaints, monitoring the entire sales cycle, service quality (SAC) and after-sales.Knowledge in the B2B-B2C market, assisting in the needs between products, points of sale (PDVS) and end consumers.
