Our team assess Customer Feedbacks from 3m.com and help to escalate gaps and opportunities to close the loop with Customer as well as to drive step change Digital Experience improvement through cross functional CX projects, actions and innovations in collaboration with Digital, Marketing, Technical, Customer Services and BackOffice teams. Besides Analysis, Insights and Recommendations we are also responsible for tracking and sharing CX and Busines impact from Actions and Projects that our team drive to other stakeholders within the company.
