Incorporating a strong and consistent position on the "Business Plan" of short, medium and long term strengthening the access and the engagement with key leaders and company policies.Main Achievements – Steady growth, satisfied employee, two very important projects.• Maintenance of positive financial results with growth of 10% YoY, even during period of economic instability generating sustainable growth inclusive employability.     Participation in sales and marketing strategies for the whole region with the leadership from the Latin America Vice-President. Develop and implement a training program responsible for the improvement of the sales team transitioning to the "High Performance Team", through coaching tools and mentoring, becoming a mentor of some employee’s mentee. As Senior Sales Director, responsible for the company RADAR (Siscomex), contracts between service providers (banks and Government agencies) and wide and dedicated performance with the entire distributors network.Main Achievements – Stand-alone region, national coverage, projects SKU & integration.• The positive impacts from the financial results allied to the strategies laid down for the period, strengthened the region "Brazil" getting recognition as the largest growth within Ansell Globally. This performance contributed to the Latin America results receiving notoriety and becoming an independent region.• Ansell value creation program; it was developed a strategy of extensive national coverage. Initially the company had eight distributors. Over the years had a "robust" distribution network with over thirty distributors, among them the Top Ten of the national market.• Challenge of reducing the number of SKUs (Stock-keeping unit) without prejudice to the results, in customer service and company image. Were on average 120 families with approximately 500 SKUs. At the end of the project, which required three years of deployment and a maintenance structure, reduced to 70 families and approximately 250 SKUs.• Beginning of the "Co-Mate" concept, four pillars of action that brought support to the business in Brazil.Report to the United States – LAC Vice-President.

    Responsible for achieving quarterly sales from the annual budget established for the region determined by the company headquarter. Enhance the resources under the responsibility and produce the expected results. Manage and achieve, through the implementation of culture "The Guardian®" and its processes with recommendations that ensured positive results for the end-customer, bringing the Ansell brand values.Main Achievements – Rapidly growth, brand recognition, project Brazil.• Ansell's presence in Brazil in these years was already notorious and even with a “lean” staff, obtained results of 30% YoY.• Full participation in the achievement of two major contracts from the largest companies in their segments – Mining and Beverages, collaborating so that the Distributor become one of the largest in Brazil.• The biggest challenge was to reduce the "lead time" from the products that came to Brazil. The delivery time was below the customer expectations, sometimes having to wait months to receive their products. This deadline reached 24 hours after implementation of nationalized inventory and effective logistics of replacement.Report to the United States – LAC Vice-President.
