As COO and responding to the CEO, I led the Operations (Services, Customer Success and Support) and Products team, leading actions in Latam. My team was located in Brazil and Mexico and supported all customers with service, new product and solution launched and training.Now, as Sales & MKT Director, I have been leading sales teams, working with direct and indirect channel. Aiming new business for the company, I manage a pipeline around USD 10M for South America.

With 80 employees and a third network with more than 350 technicians, the unit is responsible for all the company’s operations, from purchase, production, logistics and field service. I was responsible for an annual budget of R$ 30M.

I answered for all after-sales services at a national level, including the portfolio management of services, working with own network – in 50 service locations, and third network – with 65 service locations. I led a team of 180 professionals, including technical staff, specialized support and administrative contracts (backoffice). I answered for an annual budget of R$ 18M.

Answered for quarterly revenues of $ 10 million as a result of the implementation and completion of projects.

Developed activities of Project Manager for special projects by the Retail business unit. The main project in which I acted was the launch of new cities for GVT, integrating marketing strategies (products) and sales. The cities to which I was responsible for the launch were: Tubarão/SC, Paranavaí/PR, Erechim/RS, Contagem/MG and Salvador/BA. My management had function to integrate all areas, so that within the scope and targets, we could throw the city with quality and within the agreed time (startup). Reported to a general manager who was below a vice-presidency thus needed to submit monthly status report and project management of communication strategies, portfolios and sales for each new city.

At Siemens Enterprise Communications - Brasília, and worked as Project Manager on large projects. Among these projects I quote three projects I Managed and that deserve mention:• Project SAMU: A bid from the Ministry of Health and Siemens consortium won by TIM with the goal of deploying 90 sites SAMU (System for Emergency Medical Care) throughout the national territory. Technically the solution deployed consisted of: local infrastructure (structured cabling and furniture), recording system, phone system with Call Center tracking system for 931 ambulances, radio communication system VHF / UHF, training and operation. The project contemplated a number of 20 vendors which I Managed all physical and financial schedule. Project completed in 11/2006 with a value of $ 142M.• Project VoIP INFOVIA: A bid by the Ministry of Planning won by Siemens Enterprise for acquiring the central server communication and Voice over IP gateways, to compose the integration solution of the telephone system of organs and entities of the Federal Public Administration in Brasília/DF, using the data network of the federal government called INFOVIA. With datacenters and SERPRO DATAPREV, the solution includes the operability of 100,000 VoIP extensions The project, the first with a 100% SIP, PBX introduced the OpenScape Voice of Siemens in Brazil. Project completed in 06/2007 successfully recognized by the federal government.• Project PE Multidigial: A bid made by the Government of Pernambuco won by a consortium created by companies OI and Siemens in order to provide the delivery of voice communications, data transfer and video conferencing with cost reduction. The project has linked the entire state government of Pernambuco with two remote points - in Brasilia and Sao Paulo, with a total of 23,000 extensions using VoIP technology.
