Reporting to the CEO Brazil and CFO Americas and with a team of 61 employees was responsible for Financial Planning & Reporting, Treasury, Controlling, Accounting & Tax areas for the IT products and services of INDRA Group in Brazil. Having as main accomplishments the restructuring of procedures & structure of tax department, improve cash flow forecast process.

Reporting to the CEO Brazil and CFO Latin America and with a team of 25 employees, was responsible for all areas of operation support, such as Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Human Resources, IT, Legal and Procurement, logistics & importation. The main achievements were the migration of the business operations and processes in the carve-out with Mercedes, implementation of a new ERP, structuring a new company organization, implementing a new spare parts business operation. Responsible also to support the areas of sales & marketing and after sales in the launch of new products and negotiation of commercial policies with the dealer network board. I was the Chrysler representative at ABEIVA (Brazilian Vehicle Importation Association)

Senior Financial Manager – Services Division (12/2001 – 06/2008) Accountable for managing a team of 22 employees, providing financial support to all HP Services Business Units (Consultancy, Support & Maintenance, Printing Services and IT Outsourcing). Main responsibilities were accounting closing, FP&A, pricing for standard and customized services, long term strategic planning, calculation of labor & service Rates, financial control of projects & contracts by customer and service line. Having as main accomplishments, support companies acquisitions, integration of the financial processes in the merge between HP and Compaq.Financial and Administrative Manager – IT Outsourcing Division (01/2000 - 12/2001)Accountable for managing a team of 10 employees, responsible for all the Finance areas the IT Outsourcing Division, such as accounting close in US GAAP, forecast and budget by contract and by project, financial planning and analysis, accounts payable, accounts receivable and procurement. Also responsible to support negotiation with customers & Suppliers, elaboration of T&Cs, customer pricing calculation, contracts revision and customer order processing and management.

Supervisor of Planning and Financial Analysis (04/1997 – 01/2000) Accountable for a team of 19 employees, having as main activities the coordination of the strategic planning process, review and consolidation of the management reports for the Board of Directors. Responsible for the P&L management of customer contracts, projects and departments, accounting close in US GAAP, monthly forecast and annual budget, calculation of service and labor rates and responsible to provide financial support to business operations & sales team and also responsible for the financial management of Latin America corporate departments. Having as main accomplishments the definition of the requirements for implementing the FI/CO module for SAP and deployment of the new forecast & Budget tool in Latin America.
