Oversee contractors in the spoils department yards (Rocklin, Manteca, Merced) Track what material are being taken and/or dumped Work closely with operators to accurately coordinate truck for off haul and import

Oversee contractors and inspect jobs for approval and/or revision as necessary. Verify footage and obtain/review permits, as-builts, traffic control, etc. Coordinate with City/County/State inspectors for project approvals Provide work estimate for completion of projects by assigned tasks Point of Contact (POC) for inspectors and contractors (City/County/State-CalTrans) Ensure each project is following required specifications as issued Lead and train a team of 5 field supervisors
