Reporting to the Export Director and VP Procurement/Engineering/Export, managing a team of four, including one department head. Responsible for managing the profitability of exported vehicles and parts. Management of new projects involving distributors in South America and the Caribbean, including vehicle specifications, accessory line ups, scheduling, and vehicle logistics.

Reporting to the GM and Director of Procurement, leading a team of 18, including two head buyers and 11 technical buyers.- Leadership of multifunctional teams of Procurement, Product Engineering, Quality, and Logistics staff responsible for working with suppliers on new projects (New Corolla '14, '15 Hilux and Yaris '18).- Leadership of the level-up of the supply chain, applying problem solving techniques (Toyota Way) and implementing the TPS. - Construction of production plants, from the selection of the land and definition of the constructed area to defining the lay-out, production equipment, labor force contracting schedule and training, up to the beginning of production.- Leadership of work standardization in preparation for production, achieving high levels of self-reliance.

Reporting to the GM and Director of Purchasing, leading a team of 48, including five head buyers and 28 technical buyers. - Supplier selection, development and price negotiations with 88 suppliers of production materials.- Definition of cost targets on the basis of market indicators and benchmarking, as well as opportunities to reduce supplier costs.- Leadership in the development of new projects (Etios '12).- Creation of the TPS (Lean) Group in the Purchasing department to level-up the supply chain to the standard required.- Management of supply problems in the different tiers, leading multifunctional teams (Purchasing, Quality and Logistics) to resolve them.

Reporting to the General Manager of Purchasing, leading a team of 12, including 8 technical buyers. - Created the supplier risk map and established the strategy for supplier management and monitoring, including details of payments, control of cash flow and inventory levels of inputs and components.- Leadership in the development of new projects (Fielder '04, '04 Hilux, Corolla'08).- Cost reduction through data collection on supply breakdowns and subsequent creation of strategies to reduce costs and their implementation on the shop floor.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager and Director General, leading a team of eight.- Cost reduction, resolution of quality problems in the field, and reduction of the development time of products through the creation of multifunctional teams.
