The measures allowed the company to reduce costs by 35% and retain our most valuable merchants through bundling payments + media (from Buscapé) that ended up stabilizing revenues;- I led successfully the project to apply for the Payment Institution and Payment Arrangement license, which comprised the definition of the rules of each business model, develop a Business Plan and Gap Plan, and several meetings with The Central Bank in Brasilia to defend the business; - I am very proud to have been part of the panel on “Financial Payment Inclusion at The Edge” at Harvard University, Cambridge, MA as part of the Innovation Project Summit, March 2016.
