About Marcos Mattiuzzo

I am currently responsible for working in Supply Chain and BPM at Otma Consultoria Empresarial, a consultancy focused on transforming business processes, developing into organizations, solutions that add value and eliminate issues, leveraging their resources in a holistic perspective..I built a solid professional carrier with thirty years of experience in different functions by performing on two large organizations: Unilever and Kimberly-Clark. With an Industrial Engineering degree from UFSCar, an Executive MBA from FIA and Operations & Services specialization from Vanzolini Foundation, I developed my expertise by significant aspects, including technical, managerial and cross-cultural skills.Starting as industrial engineer, I could get knowledge and commitment from factory’s needs and priorities, working with constraints across enterprise value chain. Deserve mention to projects in plant total quality management. I strengthened my technical skills on extended Supply Chain and Sales with projects focused in S&OP, MRP, Sales Force Automation and Transportation.I also developed abilities on process and change management through a corporative growth made by organic way or via M&A. At Unilever, I attended the Henkel unit integration in 1980s, acted on downsizing IT services and performed on CICA incorporation in 1990s. At K-C I entered in 1998 after a joint venture with Klabin and worked to achieve its complete unification, firstly by SAP implementation and then by a commercial/legal merging, period with growth of three times in revenues.Regarding my cross-cultural experience, I performed at Unilever working as an IT consultant to Supply Chain processes and I visited South American countries supporting local teams and promoting knowledge transfer. I speeded up and deep this know-how when became a core team member of the SAP project, implemented in Kimberly-Clark across South & Central America living in United States, Costa Rica and Argentina.Finally, in K-C I consolidated all abilities as IT Distribution & Transportation Process Mgr to LA and as Head of IT to Brazilian business.
