As a try-out of my competencies and expertise, I received the responsibility for the Peruvian Year End process, which consist in the validation and correct presentation of Certificado de Quinta 2013, for employee’s taxes retention, and deliver proper proof documentation for the employee records and for the Peruvian Government, since was 100 % accurate, as a promotion I received the accountability for major and more complex Year End Process as a new role owner as a SME for Brazil & Peru. Among my new responsibilities were; assure accuracy and timeliness accomplishment audits (governmental, internal (IBM) and customer audits) for both countries. Quarterly tracking the Tax calculation and proper retention from employees pay slips during the fiscal year, and finally to execute the annual Taxes reconciliation to complies with Legal Payments and proper support documentation for employees (Year End) Brazil: DIRF – Informe de Rendimientos – RAIS 2014 & 2015. Peru: Certificado de Quinta 2014.
