Data Coordinator
Current- Data processing and cleansing to ensure quality and relevance for the Bank of Brazil’s clients- Automation of pipelines to be loaded into dashboards, reports and models- Management of a data analytics team- Ensure that the KPIs are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound- Maintenance of databases, documentation and protocols to ensure adherence to compliance- Customer classification and clustering based on behavioral, demographic, and financial characteristics- Development of communication strategies for each customer segment.
