The main activities are: • I define the specification of products with the client, seeking the best solution, always with the objective of generating profit for the company and customer satisfaction, focusing on quality. • Development of new suppliers. • Definition of the entire test methodology applied to the product. • Analysis of test results. Here I analyze the results according to the specifications, being able to define what is acceptable or not, and what should be changed in the project when necessary. • Hardware development. Here is the design of the electrical schematic and PCB of the product, according to the pre-defined specifications. • Integration of hardware with the mechanical system through simulations. • Firmware/software development. I do the firmware development to program in the microcontroller of the product when necessary, creating all the necessary functions and testing them. When applied, I do software development, usually for use as supervisory software, or also for recording parameters in products through some USB interface. • Support in quality sector issues, meetings of DFMEA and PFMEA, analysis of field problems. • General subjects. After that time I was promoted to the engineering coordinator, leading a team with people from mechanical and electronic development, process engineering, quality, testing and documentation. I have been able to work in a multi-tasking team. • Organize the day to day of my employees, defining the priority tasks and schedule, always focusing on developing products that can generate profit for the company. • Working on the personal side of the employees, there were some behavioral problems and bad work environment. Then a teacher invited me to a job interview at the university. I was approved to work in an energy efficiency laboratory in partnership with PROCEL (government entity). The main activities of the laboratory in analyzes of energy efficiency of various systems (air conditioning, compressed air, motors, hydraulic pumps, etc.). The main activities were: • Provision of services to companies in the region. Companies could use the laboratory under my support. In addition, I used to do some in-house testing, especially thermographic analysis, combustion quality analysis, and power analysis. • Preparation of the laboratory for the classes, providing full support in the same. The classes taught in this laboratory were refrigeration and air conditioning (mechanical engineering), hydraulic pumps (mechanical engineering), air compressors (mechanical engineering), motor drive (electrical engineering / electronics) and power electronics (electrical and electronic engineering). • Support for undergraduate and master's students, mainly in the course completion work. In this role I performed the tests together with the student and sometimes assisted in the interpretation of the results.
