Assistant Transaction Services Manager - Global Trade & Receivable Finance o Supervising and releasing Standby Letters of Credit transactions. (Issuance, amendments, advising, adding confirmation, payments).o Review the Standby Letters of Credit applications and proposed text to verify they are in accordance to the internal policies, domestic regulations (AML, OFAC, Anti Boycott, etc.), and international regulationso Drafting new Standby Letters of Credit.o Examination of documents under Standby Letters of Credit to ensure compliance with terms and conditionso Working on URDG guarantees issued by branches overseas on behalf of local customerso Interfacing with other banks, customers and other areas of the banko Investigations to resolve customer issues on a timely basis.

Managing and conducting the Standby Letters of Credit and liquidities activities. Add the Trade Finance aspect on the letters of credit business expansion. Relationship with network offices abroad, internal business development areas and customers.

Processing Trade Finance Products including Commercial Letters of Credit, Standby, Documentary and Clean Collections, Loans.

Responsible for processing all steps of Letters of Credit and Standby.Processing Loans.Processing Collections.Clearing securities as back office support for the Treasury DivisionFX Trades processed for the Treasury Division

Conducting the accounting procedures of the Ocean Marine Department, including invoicing, profit sharing, codification, administrative functions and compliance to internal policies.
