• Accountable for specified accounts on all production co-ordination requirements. • Manage production of all adopted import and domestic product through delivery. • Determine allocation of styles, delivery dates and communicate product changes. • Oversee production cycle including gathering of patterns, order bulk fabric and trim, organize fittings and production bulk approvals. • Issue domestic cut tickets and offshore vendor sales PO’s.• Actualize Time & Action calendar and communicate with all factories to meet demanding deadlines. Monitor all PPS and TOP sample trafficking.• Primary communicator for all vendors and fabric mills. Monitor and anticipate potential production issues. Strategize to resolve without affecting delivery. • Create seasonal cost log and negotiate with factories to meet company margin goals.
