Hello, I'm Marcos, software developer. I have been working in the field for over 3 years and have been a programming enthusiast for more than 6 years. Along the way, I have worked with various backend languages, such as Golang, Javascript, and PHP, and gained experience with frontend development using the React framework. I have also dealt with DevOps stacks like Docker and Kubernetes, employed Jenkins for CI/CD solutions, and worked with Cloud platforms such as AWS (Amazon Web Services) and GCP (Google Cloud Platform). Through these years, I have been using Linux OS for all my jobs and projects, both personal and professional.I graduated in Systems Analysis and Development from Estácio and am currently pursuing a post-graduate degree in Software Architecture at FIAP. Throughout my undergraduate studies, I worked with customer service and was promoted to Starter Developer at HostGator Latin America. In this role, I had direct experience with system development using technologies such as PHP, Golang, and JavaScript. I used tools like Docker and the MySQL database and conducted deployment through cloud platforms like AWS.Currently, I am working on Engineering Brasil, where I already had the opportunity to see a project being created from scratch that has improved my hard-skills, such as: Develop microservices in Golang with Unity and integration tests while using Docker to build the images and run the containers, as well as Kubernetes to orchestrate those pods; Implementing part of those services using Oracle SQL as the data provider; Implementing parts of those services using a message broker with RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka; Implementing parts of those services using a cache strategy with Redis. Here, I also had the opportunity to work on other projects in the company to make improvements, such as the implementation of code that had been recently migrated from Java to Golang, which made me able to improve my skills with Unity tests and PostgreSQL. I have also been able to improve a lot of soft-skills, such as communication, problem solving, pro-activity and teamwork.Consistency is what brought me here and continuous learning helps me evolve a bit every day.
