My project is in Personal Insurance Billing and at the end of the summer my group and myself present a root cause analysis and key drivers for billing processing requests this branch receives and make recommendations to the PI Billing and Payment Services Leadership Team for ways to reduce the volume of requests that are being submitted as well as any process improvement opportunities within the existing process flow. Learned in more detail about the international department of Travelers. Attended meetings, took notes and then evaluated the notes made after. Would produce process maps for different areas of international in order to discover inefficiencies.
