Responsible for curating and enhancing all facets of the Latin American musical offering, including targeted acquisition and programming of all Latin genres and sub-genres, provision of cultural contexts and complexities in programming for diverse demographics, supervision of extensive catalog growth and outreach and collaboration with labels and artists.

Liaison between station and labels, promoters and artists. Responsible for overseeing a team of volunteers. Enhancement and curation of the music library, with a focus on cultivating diversity in content.

Programmed, engineered and hosted a weekly music show, showcasing a diverse musical landscape, featuring music from all genres and eras, with a focus on vintage output from Latin America. Conducted an extensive series of interviews with local and visiting musicians, DJ's and artists, with an emphasis on the Latin American diaspora.

Responsible for training students and community volunteers in the art of radio broadcasting, programming and the creation of an on-air personality.
