Proven ability to manage teams with great focus on innovation and execution, founded on strong personal values, and technical and interpersonal skills.- Lead consulting businesses in the US (New York) and across Latin America, managing consulting staff and budgets in various countries and business units, at different stages (start-up, growth, regionalization and turn-around).- Supported clients in M&A effective strategy and implementation of new and changing HR programs, in broad set of areas: culture, communication and change management, compensation, benefits, leadership, talent and project management.- Advised on design, implementation and compliance for Total Reward programs in Latin America, including: Executive Compensation, Total Rewards strategy and optimization, short and long-term incentives, performance management, career frameworks, board of directors’ compensation, sales incentives, job evaluation, salary structures, benefits and expat policies.- Projects developed in Organizational Design, including diagnostics, operating model development, review of organizational structure and cost optimization.- Dynamic perspective founded on multi-sector consulting projects for local companies and multinationals from different nationalities.- Experience of working with distinct cultures and languages, within the Americas and other regions (Europe and Asia), having lived in the US in two different moments.- Fully bilingual English / Portuguese, and advanced Spanish.
