Hi I am Marco and here I tell you the story of how Gourmio’s traditional Italian recipe boxes began. The idea started in 2011 during a travel in Puglia, a vast and beautiful agricultural region in the ‘heel’ of Italy. I was in a typical rustic restaurant where the food is simple and delicious and the chef uses traditional local ingredients.
