For Yucal Placer, a 150 MMSCFD natural gas project in eastern Venezuela, operated by Ypergas (~82% Total, ~18% Repsol and other minorities shareholders):- Appointed as Total's alternative representative at Technical Committee Meetings. Active participation at Operating Committee Meetings and Financial Committee Meetings.- Review and validate end-of-the-month financial and operational data provided by the operator.- Perform SOX internal controls.- Review and validate the financial planning provided by the operator; assist affiliate's ones.- Prepare project’s long term plan performing economic evaluations through discounted cash flow models.- Asses mixed payment and represent Total in regards of this subject at working groups with partners and PDVSA.For a 200 kbpd extraheavy oil integrated project at Orinoco's Oil Belt, operated by PetroCedeño (60% PDVSA, ~30% Total, ~10% Statoil):- Prepare project’s long term plan performing economic evaluations through discounted cash flow models.- Develop Venezuela’s oil volumetric balance (production, imports, refining, consumption an exports).
