I am one of the owners, along with my brother and wife, of the Freestyle Fighting Academy - Miami's largest and oldest mixed martial arts school. I teach martial arts classes and oversee the business. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with classes starting as early as 6am and running to as late as 1:45am. We offer fitness, self defense, and competition training for men and women of all ages (we start as young as 2 years old and have students that are 60+ years old). Our martial arts training encompasses Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, and weapons training.
