Involving fixed and mobile telephony, data communication links, service desk and datacenter. Implementation of projects related to IT infrastructure, shared services center and IT governance. Project support in the areas of business, shared services center and corporate governance. Continuous improvement and alignment of governance and processes of the information technology with the governance and corporate strategies. Preparation of investment plan and annual budget, negotiating with suppliers.
