- Designs and executes the technical solution in customer project- Leads project technical teams when required to deliver integration, operations or performance relating services- Customer consulting during projects execution or dedicated consulting engagements- Support sales team during bid phase - SI part of RFE - Technical consulting for Sales- Provides input to detailed integration project planning- Supports in defining configuration or customization possibilities- Supports project team at internal test scope definition- Defines acceptance test scope- Work with 3rd parties in trouble resolution and ensuring compliance to requirements- Responsible for migration testing (tooling and process) and first executions- Create a similar processes /instruction needed for the integration of the solutions in the customer’s system- Provide on-site operational assistance when applicable and commercially agreed

• Supports Sales team & engages with Customer to capture and document BSS requirements• Contributes to process of matching the customer demands with the available BSS portfolio (incl. 3rd party offerings) and defines the high-level requirements in terms of features, interfaces and migration (Solution Proposal) • Support Sales team during bid phase – Architecture design, Solution Proposal, SoCs• Issues change requests towards Product team, to limit customization needs • Consulting key stakeholders during RfE (estimation) process around technical requirements• Engagement with Customer for requirements specification / clarification and scoping definition of Customer acceptance from business perspective • Close cooperation with internal stakeholders (Project Manager, Project R&D, R&D System Architects, Product Managers) for any technical clarification• Refines the Solution Proposal of a customer offer into a Requirements Specification suitable for realization of a Customer Program • Adjusting and maintaining technical project data according to required configuration• Main interface for any change requests analysis and documentation (internal/external), issues product change requests if needed

- Assist practice teams by deep and breadth exercise of own discipline to describe/explain Orga Systems' approach and solutions capabilities.- Presenting application of complex solutions and persuade clients to follow the solution - Gathering requirements information for qualified opportunities with designated clients - Reviewing invitations to tender and advising in the context of the practice area- Review of proposals to ensure they reflect the capability of the practice of own discipline - Contributing to the development and strategy of own discipline - Assisting in the development of a comprehensive implementation plan by depth and breadth expertise to solve complex problems - Assisting the Sales organization to get agreement of implementation plan with significant risk - Proactively facilitate knowledge distribution of own discipline - Lead practice team or programs with significant risk to archive milestones or objectives - Act as the design authority and owner of the discipline application configuration - Translate customer requirements into deliverable products and services - Represent Orga Systems professionally to clients, partners and other third partiesKey attribute: strong technical focus with management focus
