As part of his responsibilities, he oversees consulting team to ensure best-in-class projects implementation and optimization services. Marcos has a strong background on driving business strategic changes. He was nominated as High Potential at SAP from 2004 to 2009 as well awarded with several top performance prizes in that timeframe.
