Master Degree in Economics and Business (Msc), obtained at the University of Sassari.I worked at the Hotel Grazia Deledda as Assistant to the General Manager and Responsible for the Back office. I managed the commercial and administrative relationships with agencies, OTAs and tour operators, the MICE sector, the Sales promotion, the basic revenue, the pricing policy on the reservation portals and on the website, and the relationship with the customers. I have gained experience in the administrative, commercial, marketing, management, accounting, auditing, and communication sectors.I have skills developed over the years at the Hotel Grazia Deledda, the Marketing Office of Banco di Sardegna and the Human Resources Department of the Starwood Group in Porto Cervo.In addition to the private sector, I also carried out activities in the non-profit sector, providing advice in accounting, management, and auditing to major Italian and international associations (such as the Erasmus Student Network [ESN], with registered office in Belgium), in some of which I have had, however, top positions such as Coordinator of the College of Guarantors of Erasmus Student Network Italy, National Manager of ESN Alumni Italy and Board of Directors' member of ESN Alumni International.My organizational and managerial skills are enriched by the roles I have carried out on behalf of the Italian Handball Federation, having played the role of the administrator who selects referees and later that of responsible for the agonistic activity office for Sardinia.With regard to my language skills, during my study period abroad at the FH-Joanneum in Graz - Austria with the Erasmus program, I developed the English language level up to C1 and once I went back to "home" I continued my study of the German language attending courses at the University of Sassari up to a level B2.
