More than 160 employees divided in two regions, South East and North East); • R&D compliance management, implementing internal procedures to plan, coordinate and monitor R&D projects execution according to current legislation; • Analyzing R&D projects´ feasibility according to incentives and, when needed, recommend actions to make it compliant; • Developing and monitoring the Anual R&D Roadmap Plan for FIT customers in line with each one of the organizations' strategic plans and present it to Sponsors for validation, reviews and ROI; • Reviewing and validating reports and statements prepared by project management or partners (other institutions and/or academy) regarding R&D accountability to ensure the information accuracy and authenticity; • Coordinating the adoption of R&D incentives – Informatics Law and Goodwill Law among others; • Design, monitor and promote policy for intellectual property management, from the adherence analysis and legal compliance till the registration and maintenance, to ensure protection of the organization rights; • Act representing FIT to the Government Agencies (MCTI, ANEEL and ANATEL) and other associations (ABINEE), providing information, identifying new business opportunities and promoting the creation of rules, standards and incentives from existing technologies.
