CurrentManagement of the Creative Templates area: setting goals, establishing initiatives and related tasks, tracking progress.Continuous improvement in templates:- review and QA of new templates- performance analysis of templates with a special focus on the roles that use them- performance analysis of campaigns linked to templates- proposal of improvement actions focused on increasing conversion, NPS and enhancing user experienceCreation and management of internal projects: initial steps and support, definition of goals, scope, and KPIs affected, meeting deadlines.Product improvement: collaboration with Product areas and PMs to:- define the product of the future- conduct A/B tests- implement changes and modify the ProductCommunication and coordination with other areas and stakeholders include:- Creating content for clients- Collaborating with partners- Communicating with external stakeholders- Conducting interviews with real usersBenchmarking: constant review and documentation of tools that can provide us with ideas, solutions, and shortcuts. Generating ideas to solve specific problems and needs based on the observation of those tools.
