• Recruitment, selection, and training of key employees within the company's operation, aiming to consolidate a proactive and multifaceted team that addresses the needs of a Mexican startup, providing necessary support to implement and improve internal processes, optimizing available resources.• Consultative sales and legal-business advice for startups and SMEs in: company establishment (softlanding), bylaws, shareholder agreements, assembly minutes, confidentiality agreements, business contracts, IP, and legal business structuring.• Monitoring customer projects and key accounts, acting as the main liaison with notaries public, to ensure satisfaction and success in their incorporation process and use of our Software as a Service (SaaS), with the goal of increasing our NPS.

• Development, regulation and management of the economic project: Contest Funds for the National and International Positioning of Science and Technology Magazines Edited in Mexico, of CONACYT (2018-2020 call).• Drafting and support in Social Law research projects, with an emphasis on Labor Law: 2019’s Mexican Labor Reform, Official Mexican Standard 035 (NOM035), Teleworking, Worker’s Data Protection, among other topics.
