• Evolve the way of doing Law in Mexico.• Prospecting key accounts, consultative sales, and effective negotiation to implement our Legaltech SaaS in the operations of law firms and corporate legal departments.• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure their needs are met during implementation, generating synergy and customer loyalty to the company.• Develop sales strategies, strategic alliances, and maintain prospect contact information databases.

• Recruitment, selection, and training of key employees within the company's operation, aiming to consolidate a proactive and multifaceted team that addresses the needs of a Mexican startup, providing necessary support to implement and improve internal processes, optimizing available resources.• Consultative sales and legal-business advice for startups and SMEs in: company establishment (softlanding), bylaws, shareholder agreements, assembly minutes, confidentiality agreements, business contracts, IP, and legal business structuring.• Monitoring customer projects and key accounts, acting as the main liaison with notaries public, to ensure satisfaction and success in their incorporation process and use of our Software as a Service (SaaS), with the goal of increasing our NPS.

• Support in the legal management of personnel: training and certification, drafting internal regulations, employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, contract terminations, and coordination with the accounting department for tax and social security compliance.• Assistant for regulatory compliance, drafting and implementing operational manuals, internal health regulations, security and civil protection protocols, as well as assisting in obtaining permits to operate during the SARS-CoV2 pandemic from relevant authorities such as the Mexican Camps Association, Valle de Bravo Municipality, Ministry of Tourism, and IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute).• Development and coordination of business plans "Futura LyT" and "Xplora LyT," creating digital sales strategies for brand update and positioning to increase company revenue; project focus definition, development timelines, financial and fiscal strategy, and supervision of related areas.

• Development, regulation and management of the economic project: Contest Funds for the National and International Positioning of Science and Technology Magazines Edited in Mexico, of CONACYT (2018-2020 call).• Drafting and support in Social Law research projects, with an emphasis on Labor Law: 2019’s Mexican Labor Reform, Official Mexican Standard 035 (NOM035), Teleworking, Worker’s Data Protection, among other topics. Researcher in charge: Ph.D. Patricia Kurczyn Villalobos (National Research System, level III).• Organization and sporadic participation in academic meetings and events (symposia, dialogue tables, and conferences).

• Member of the editorial board of the Revista Latinoamericana de Derecho Social (IIJ-UNAM), as the directors assistant.• Improvement in the positioning of the RLDS in the national and international academic field, reaching the Q4 and Q3 level, according to the SCImago Journal Rank Indicator; as well as support in the restructuring & updating of the editorial and operational processes.• Summer exchange at the Universidade Federal Do Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in order to collaborate in a research project on Comparative Law between Brazil and Mexico, in the Social Law and Public Policies field’s (2 month duration).

• Internal and external procedures, pre and post exchange; contact with embassies, housing, and monitoring of volunteer activities.• Contract drafting related to volunteers and their activities with host institutions or companies.• Preparation, coordination, and supervision of logistics for incoming exchanges.En AIESEC, sede Universidad Panamericana.
