I am an enthusiastic and passionate hard worker. I have a bachelor in Physics and for the last 20 years I have worked in the medical industry for leader companies in the field with broad international experience working in Spain, Latin America and in The United States. I have developed an extensive experience in the healthcare world in different departments like sales, customer support and management. I am a customer orientated person but I am also a good team leader able to get the best of my teams by motivating and managing personally each person working for me.I have been managing large teams of people for the last years and we have always been able to execute business plans and achieve the most important goals. The secret is to have the right people in place, accurate data and comprehensive scoreboards to track progress towards the goals.I am very confident that I can face any challenge and convert it in a success story just working with the team, preparing a plan, executing it and being sure that the job gets done.
