I am a senior cross-cultural business executive, with a long career in a multinational environment, in the packaging industry.From 1988 to 2016 I spent 28 years working in Sales and Marketing management positions, building a vast experience in national and international sales, complex B2B negotiations and Key Account Management.I reached many successful long-term commercial agreements and shaped solid long-lasting relationships with key national and international customers, building a customer-driven organisation.Since 2016 I am working on Business Process Transformation, specialised in of Sales and Distribution processes. In my current position I focus on identifying opportunities for business process simplification and improvement, understanding potential organisational impacts and architecting the technology solutions required to implement process or organisational changes.I have solid education and experience in Commerce, Negotiation, Key Account Management, Operational Finance, Process analysis and transformation and SAP SD & Analytics.
