Joined the FXCM's API team to work closely in developing various level solutions. Nurtured and managed new third party partnerships, and assisted on the technology integration via the appropriate API solution. Executed in-depth communication plans and strategies to enhance existing integrations. Liaison with FXCM’s institutional sales and support teams for FIX API liquidity solutions as well as data offerings. Designed and conducted training on FXCM's API solutions for internal global staff.

Vice President for the division dedicated to serving Latin America and Spain. Developed targeted sales guidelines; set the sale standards by optimizing high impact, low cost initiatives. Grew department's clients from 2% to 12% of company’s total clients and client equity from 1% to 10% of total for the company. Implementing compliance guidelines for the department and had members go over best practices with our clients. Worked closely with the marketing department in developing initiatives in Spanish including website, newsletters, expos, brand development. Proposed and developed a language dedicated back office which later served as model for other International Initiatives.

Assisted in the development of the newly created Spanish speaking sales department; led the hiring, training and mentoring of bilingual staff; contributed in the establishment of operations, sales and regulatory guidelines for the department. Established the Intern Development Program to reduce the time of new hires to adapt to our sales department and increase the number of well-prepared reps joining the sales floor.
