In this position, I led a highly skilled team responsible for the development, evolution, and support of over 250 systems for the Bank. This experience has provided me with a deep understanding of the business and the challenges faced by the financial sector.Additionally, I served as the Coordinator of the group responsible for migrating BRB's legacy systems from the Unisys platform to the IBM platform. This initiative represented a significant technological leap for the Bank, enhancing the efficiency, scalability, and security of our operations.I also highlight my leadership in the development team responsible for building BRB's Digital Bank, Banco Nação BRB FLA.
